How do credits work?
1 credit equals 1 second of rendered video. Monthly pools reset each billing period. Early resubscribe may roll unused credits forward when offered in-app.
Is Tester a subscription?
No. Tester (also called Creator Starter) is a $5 one-time evaluation with 30s and a 5-day access window. Exports carry an evaluation watermark and preview license only.
Standard vs Premium 4K — what changes?
Both include the same monthly credit pool (2000s). Standard delivers clean 1080p HD masters. Premium 4K unlocks cinematic 4K, advanced identity continuity, and priority+ queuing. Marketing aliases: Pro Studio = Standard; Production Enterprise = Premium 4K.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel from Dashboard → Manage plans. You keep access through the paid period; unused monthly credits expire at period end unless rollover applies.
Who processes payment?
Checkout runs through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Local currency may appear at checkout. Card data never touches RTAS servers.
When do I get commercial rights?
Active Standard and Premium plans unlock downloadable masters and commercial entitlement. Evaluation and watermarked outputs on unpaid accounts are for private review only.
