We support original content, licensed content, user-owned content, and authorized identity use only. We prohibit face swapping, celebrity cloning, unauthorized voice cloning, deepfake abuse, fraud, copyright infringement, political manipulation, and illegal content. 1. Our commitment
RTAS Digital Marketing Company operates RTAS Studio AI for professional AI video production. We expect every user to generate only original content, licensed content, content they own, or content they are authorized to use. Authorized Identity Preservation tools exist solely to keep an authorized likeness consistent across scenes — never to impersonate third parties or recreate any person's identity without authorization. Billing and payment processing details are covered in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2. Strictly prohibited
The following uses are forbidden on RTAS Studio AI. Violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, forfeiture of refund eligibility, and cooperation with our payment processing partner or authorities where required.
- Face swapping or face replacement onto other people
- Celebrity impersonation or cloning of public figures
- Identity fraud or deceptive likeness of real people without authorization
- Deepfake abuse intended to deceive, harass, or defraud
- Unauthorized voice cloning of real people
- Political manipulation, election interference, or synthetic propaganda
- Fraud, scams, or social-engineering content
- Copyright infringement or use of protected works, trademarks, logos, brands, or music without rights
- Illegal content, exploitation of minors, hate, or harassment
- Any content that infringes publicity, privacy, or intellectual-property rights
3. Authorized Identity Preservation
When you enable Authorized Identity Preservation (also called User Identity Consistency), you must upload only reference media that depicts you, your original character, or a person who has given you explicit permission. Typing consent confirmation in the Studio affirms that authorization. Authorized Identity Preservation is only for content the customer owns or is legally authorized to use. We do not market or support celebrity generators, clone-person workflows, or deepfake products.
4. Copyright & asset authorization
Before uploading images, voices, logos, brands, music, or identity references, you must own them or hold a valid license / release. You are solely responsible for clearing rights before commercial use. RTAS Studio AI does not grant third-party IP clearance through Credits or subscription purchase.
5. Reporting & enforcement
Report suspected abuse to support@rtasstudio.com or contact@rtasstudio.com with links, job IDs, or screenshots. We may disable accounts, withhold downloads, and preserve logs for investigation. 6. Updates & contact
